Once I finished eating I entered another $0.25 No Limit Hold'em tournament. After ten hands I was done. I didn't even finish in the top 30. My losing streak continues even into this year. I was really hoping that I had put this streak behind me. I guess I have not shaken the losing streak. I was able to win a few sit n'go tournaments that were single tables. It looks like I am going to be doing another tournament that I found that does not cost anything to play. This tournament provided the overall winner with a ticket to the NAPT Rookie Division Tournament. It is sort of fun to play since you can go all in with no worry about losing any real money.
As anyone who reads this can see, I am not a "high roller". I play only what I can afford, when I can afford it. I think the most important thing to remember on these sites is not to play above your income or your skill. It is best to play at the tables that are within the range that you are willing to lose. I only put $10 in my account at any given time. This helps with how fast I go through it. It also is a nice even number to watch grow. Right now I put $10 in about every two to three weeks. With that in mind, I go through about $10 to $20 a month. Given my current financial situation, that is about all I can afford to put towards any kind of entertainment. Yes, that is right. I said entertainment. I view these games as nothing more than entertaining.
Well, it looks like it is time for the next tournament. This on is my last cash game for the night. It is a $0.02 NL Hold'em with 990 players needing to be registered before it will start. I shall talk about this one and any other tomorrow. This is "1&only696" saying, "Good Luck to all you players out there and may the "Card Gods" bless your hands".
